ROTO1 Roto-Star I - Welding Positioner

Roto Star I  is a precision rotary welding positioner designed to increase weld productivity and improve weld quality. Units are available with three jaw chucks or surface plates. Unique through the spindle opening effectively accommodates any length piece up to 2-1/2" diameter. Standard controls offer jitter-free movement from 0 to 10 RPM, forward and reverse. Standard heavy-duty foot pedal allows hands free operation. Dual grounding system eliminates feedback during high frequency weld operations, making Roto Star ideal for aluminum and stainless steel applications. The work head positions 0 to 90° at 15° increments for increased versatility. Heavy duty construction supports workpieces up to 300 lbs.
